This matter came on regularl.y for hearing betore the Board of
Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of Cal.ifornia, on Ma~72.;_,
1973 , in the Superviso~s' Roam of the Butte County
Courthouse fronting on Hu.ntoon Street, in Oroville, Cali~ornia,
Butte County, and it appearing to said Board that a I~Totice of Inten-
tion and R.esolu~ion ta Abandon a Public Highway and No~tice of Time
and Place of Heaxing of said Abandonment was du1.y and regular~.y
given as requi.xed by ~.aw, and testimony and evidence, bottz oral a.nd
documentary, having been produced at said hearing, from which said
Board now finds ~hat ~he hereinafter described Pub~.ic Highway is
t~nnecessary for present and prospective use;
