Reso~:utions 73-21 and 73-53, and
WHEREAS, becau.se of circum.stances with. regards to fandit~g
of Community Actian Agencies, the Butte County Economic Opportunity
Council, Inc,, has forma~ly requested the Board of Supervisors to
de].ay their designation as Community Activn Agency until December 31,
1973.
NOW, TI~REFORE, BE IT RESOLVEA that Resolutions 73-21 and
73-53 are hereby amended to provide that the operative date of the
County of Butte to opt out and desig,nate a su.ccessor Communi~y
Action .Agency for this County shall be December 31, 1973, rather
than July 1, 1973,
