was recorded January 7.7., 7.973, in Book 1810 at Page 313, Butte County Official
Recoxds. Resolution ~o. 73-3 was in error in the description.
WHERFAS~ a portion of Schott Road is no longer necessary or required for
road purposes; and
WHERFAS, pursuant to the Streets and Highvraqs Code, Section 960.1, the
Board finds that a portion of Schott ltoad shou3.d be su~ariLy vacated,

and abandoned pursuant to Streets and Highways Code Section 960.1:
