RESOLUTION ABANDONING A PUBLIC HZGHWAY
T`his matter came on regularly for heari.ng before the Board
of Supervisors of the Countp of Butte, State of California, on June
12th , i973 , zn the Supervisars' ltoom af the Butte County
Courthouse f~onting on Huntoon Street, in Oraville, Califvrnia, Butte
Coun~y, and it appearing to said Baard th.at a Natice of Intention and
Resolt~tion to Abandon a Publ.ic Highway and Notice of Time and Place
of Hearing of said ,~bandonment was duly and regularly given as
required by law, and testimony and ev5.denca, both oral and documentary,
having been produced at sai~. hearing, from which said Board now finds
that th.e hereinafter described Pub].ic H~.ghway is unnecessary for present
and prospective use;
NOW, ~REFORE, IT IS H~REBY ORDERED as follows:
lo That the Public Highway situate in the Coun~y of Butte,
State of California, as hereinafter more particularly descr3bed,is
hereby abandonedo
2o Thafi the description of said Public Highway so abandoned
is situate in the County of Butte, Sta~e of California, and more
particularl.y described as fol~.ows:
The a11ey shown on MeNamee tract map known as Fig A11ey,
from the Westerly line of Lots 1 and 10 bound.ed by 7th
Street and I,ots 9 and 10 bound~d on the Easterly side
by the Feather Rxver, McNamee trect is shown on
Assessor's Map Noo 31-28.
3, That the Clerk af this Board shall cause a certified
copy of this Resolut~.on, rrri~~ the seal of the Board of Supervisors
o~ the County of Butte, to be recorded i.n. th.e office of the Recorder
