HomeMy WebLinkAbout73-101WH.~AS the Board of S`u.pervisors of the County of Butte initiatied preliminary proceedings for the annexation of certain described ter~itory to County Service Area 18 by passing, adopting and filfng with the Butte Covnty Local Agency Formation Commission Resolution No, 73-82 and WHEREAS the Butte Gounty Local Agency Formation Commission, after appropriate proceedings, adopted Resolution 73-9 on.,7une 7, 1973 approving said aru~exation and foun.d, d~termined and resolved as fo~.lows: 1. That the exterior boundaries of the territory to be annexed are as described in Exhibit'A'attached hereto and made a part hereof by this referenee, 2, The territory proposed for annexation fs inhabited, 3, That the following destinctive short~form designation. shall be used throughout the proceedings: I.AF~ No 73-13, proposed arulexation to Cor.snty Service Area Noo 180 WH.EREAS the reason for this annexation proposal is to provide street lighting for the described territory. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as:follows in comp3.iance with the requ.ire~nents of the District Reorganization Act and the determinations of the Local Agency Formation Commission: 1. It is the intention<_ot this ~Board to annex rhe territory hereinbefore described to County S~rvice Area No. 18. 2.
