RESOLUTION A-OPTiNG PROPOSED BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1973-74
(GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 29,000 ET. SEQ,)
BE IT RESOLVEB by the SOARD OF SUPERVISORS of the COUN~'X OF BUTTE, STATE
OF CALIFORNIA, as follows:
1. That the tabulation of anticipated revenues and proposed expendi.tures
for the fiscal year 1973-74 has been reviewed and revised under the direction of
Chis Board, and now conforms to its judgment as a proper preliminary financfal pro-
gram for s~sid ~iscal year and is hereby adopted as the "Proposed Budget of the
CounCy of Buttie for the Fiscai Year 1973-74."
2. The °Proposed Budget° sha11 be reproduced and a sufficient number of
budget docuttcents shall be provided so that each taxpayer who desires may obtain one,
and a copy shall immediately be forwarded to the State Controller 6y the Auditor.
3. The Clerk of the Board shall forth~~ith publish a notice once in a
newspaper of general circulation stating thxt:

(a) The "Proposed Budget" documents are available to taxpayers reGuesting
ib) That this Soard of Supervisors will meet at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, the
1Qth day of .Tuly, 1973, in the Board of Supervisors room in the Courthouse on Huntoon
Street, in the City of Orovilie, County of Butte, State of California, for the pur-
pose o£ £ixing khe £inal budget and any taxpayer may appear thereat and be heaxd
regarding the increase, decrease or omission of any items of the Eudget or for the
inclusion of additional items, a11 in accordance with Section 29,066 of the Govern-
ment Code of the State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors o£ the County of Butte,
