RESOLUTTON APPROVTIVG BOUNDARY MAP
, WxE~AS, there has been fi].ed with the County Clerk of
the County of Butte, State of California, a.map showing the proposed
boundaries of Firland Acres Assessment Distri.ct, County of Butte,
State of California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors
of ~he County of Butte, state of California, that that certain zttap
entitled, "Proposed Boundaries of Firland Acres Assessment District,
County of Butte, State of California," be and the same is i~ereby
approved; and •
BE IT FURTFIER RE50LVED that a certified copy of said houndary
map herein approved shall be filed with the County Recarder of the
County of,Butte, in accordance with the provisions of Part 2, bivision
4.5 of the Streets and Highways Code o£ the State of California.
