WHEREAS, this Board set May 29, 1g73, in said Resolution
No. 73-62 as the da~e for hearing all persons in-terested in the
mat~ters contained in sa~.d Resolution No. 73-62, and
V3~REAS, this Board on May 29, 1973, continued said hear-
ing to -this date, and

showing that on May 7, 7.973, ~e mailed a no~tice to each pro-
perty owner in said SKYWAY .A.SSESSNfENT DISTRTC~' NO. I stat~.n.g
the time and place o~' a hearing on the matters oontaa.n.ed in said
Reso7.u-tion No. 73-52 an.d con-~aining aZl other matters ~his
Board directed the Clexk to inclucle in said notice, and
WHEREAS, the County Surveyor-Dzrector of Pub~.ic Works
has ~iled his affidavit showing -that on May 8 and May 9, ~973,

he caused notices to be posted on the streets in sa~d SKYWAY
ASSESSMEIV'P DISTRICT N0. 1 stating t~e time and place of a hear-
ing on the mat~ers containe@ in said Resolution No. 73-62 an.d
containing all other matters this Board directed sa~d Coun.~y
Su~veyor-Director of Pu.blic Works to inc~u~e in said notice,
and
WHEREAS, on Apri~ 20 and April 27, 1~73, the Clerk duly
published in the Paradise Post a no~ice s~a~ing ~he ~ime and
place o~ a hearing on ~he mat~ers con~ained in said Resolution
No. 73-62 and containing all o~her ma~ters ~his Board direc~ed
the C~erk to incZude in said no~ice and an affidavit of ~he
said Paradise Pos~ has been ~iled showing said publication was
done on said dates, and
WHEREAS, this Board has heard a11 persons so objecting
that desire ~o be heard and has considered a11 such objectiona.
NOW THEREFORE, RESOLVED BY TF3E BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE
COUNTY OF BU'~TE, STATE OF CAL,IFORNIA:

Board has by i-~s ResoZu-tion No. 73-62 designated SKYWAY
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT N0. 1, and this Board. further ~inds and
determines tha-~ -~he public conv~nience and necessity require

properties necessary for constructing said improveme~.~s and
