WHEREAS, pursuant to the authority vested in this Board under
Government Code §§50430, et seq, this Board wzshes to abandon said
easetnent as described below.
NOW, THEREFOR~, BE ZT R.ESOLVED by this Board:
1> That this Board finds that said aasement is unnecessary for
present or prospective useo
2. That said storm drain easemer3t as hereinafter desc~ibed is
hereinafter abandoned and vacated.
3o That said storm drain easement is si.tuated in the County of
Bu~te, State of-Cali~ornia, and described as follows, to wit:
BEING a portiaaof Lots l, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and S of Lori
Garde.ns ~ubdivision, as said. is shown on the filed map,
filed in the Ot£ice,of the Recorder,of the Caunty of Butte,
State of Califor~ia, on November 13, 1972, in Map Baok 43
at pages 5 and 6, more particnlarly described as follows:
