WE~REAS, this Board has received a request fram Mr, Charles
Priddy to allow the abandonment of a publi~ utili.ty easement as
described below,
WHEREAS, pursuant to the a uthority vested in this Board under
Government Code §§50430, e~t seq, this Board wishes ~o aban.don said
easement as described below.
NOW, THERE~ORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board:
1o That this Board £inds that said easement is unnecessary for
present or prospective use, .
2. That said public utility easement as hereinafter described
is hereinafte~ abandaned and vacated.

of Butte, State of California, and described as follows, ~ro wit:
