WHEREAB, pursuant to the authority vested in this Board under
Goversiment Code §§50430, et seq, this Board wishes to declare its
intention to abandon said public utility easement as described below:
NOW, '~HEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED by this Board:
1. Tl~at this Board hereby gives notice that at its regular
