are required to participate in a work project as a condition of

WHEREAS, ~.t has been determined tha~ daily aid paymen~s ~o
eligible xecipien.ts is the most expedient method of control~ing
the wor~c participation; and
WHEREAS~ use of a revaJ~ving fund has been determined to he
the mos't feasible me~hod o~' issuing daily aid payments~ and
i~dHEREAS, Government Code Section 29321 provides that the
Board of Supervisors may establish a revolvin.g fund fox such

NOW~ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLV~D ~ha~ the Board o~' Supervisors
of ~the County of Butte~ State of California~ does hereby estab~ish
a revolving fund entitled General Assis~ance Y,lork Praject Revolving
Fand, sub3ect to the f'ol.lowing conditi:ons:
l. Monies in the fund shall no~ exceed ~p1,~00.00.
2. Monies in ~he fund shall be deposited into and
disbursed f'rom the County Treasury.
3. Warrants drawn against ~he fund shall be issued by an
appoznted Deputy Au.ditor in the Welfare Department.
~. The fund shall be repl.enished? upon submission, to the
Coun~y Auditor, of documen~a~ion of expenditures mad.e therefrom,
with monies chaxged to the GeneraZ Assistance budgetory
approgriations.
