and Safety (TOPTCS) in the Cl~ico Urban Area No. 3014, and
WI~REAS~ TOPICS Master Agxeement was duly executied and entered. i.ntq
by and betiwreen the County of Butte, City of Chico and Stiate of Californ.i.a, which
agreement is dated September 24, 1971, and
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City of Chico and County a~
Butte by ehe State of California ~xogram Supglement No. 3 to said TOkICS agree-
ment covering funding of Manzanita Avenue, Sridge at Big Chico Creek and
Program SuppLement No, 4 to said ~OPICS agreement covering funding of East'
Avenue between Ceres Aven.ue and Ceanothus Avenue, and
WHE1tEAS, adding the sa~d Supplements 3 and 4 ta the TOPICS agreement
wonld be consistent with the purpose of the said agreement,
NOW, T1iEREE'ORE, BE IT RESOI,VED by the Soard of Supervisors of the County
o£ Butte, State o~ Ca7.ifornia, as £ollows:
