R~SOLUTION SN OPPOS~T~ON OF ASSEMBLY_BILL 920
No. 73- 126
WH~REAS, this Board has been made aware of the provisions~
of AB 920, and
WHEREAS, this Bil.l. would create yet another State
bureaucracy and create yet another burder upon the property
taxpayer.
NOW, THEREFdRE, be it resolved by this Board as follows:
1, That this Boa~d S~~o~iy opposes AS 920 and respect-
fu11y submits to ~the Legislature of the State of California that
this Bi11 should not be passed,
2, That capies of this resolution be sent to the
Honorable ~'red Marler, 5e.nator, the Honorabl.e Ra~ Johnson,
Assemblyman and to such other paxties as the Board directs,
PA55ED AND ADOPTED by the Bu~ete Caun~y Boaxd of Super-
