WEI~REAS, pursuant to the Strests and Highways Code, Sec~ion 960.1,
the Board finds that a portion of Ord Ferr~r Road should be summara.ly vacated,
~10W, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVID by the Baard of Supervisors of' the
' County of Butte, State of Cal~'ornia, as fo7lows:
' The following-descrzbed portion of Ord Ferry Road is hereby su~arily
vacated and abandonefl pur suan~ to Stxeets and Highways Code Section 960.1:
Being a portion of the north half of Section 32, T21N, R1E, NIDB&M,
more particularly described as follows:
