WHEREAS, a portion of Ord gerxy Road is no longer necessary or required
for road pnrposes; and
WHEREf~S, pursuan~ to the Streets and Highwaqs Code, Section 960.1~
the Board finds thafi a poxtion of Ord Ferry Road should be sv.mmarily vacated,
NOWa THEREFORE, BE TT ~SOI~VED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte~ State of Galifornia, as fol7.ows:

vacated and abandoned pursaan~. tio Streets and Highways Code Section 960.1:
A portxon of the sou~heast quarter of Section 29~ T21N, R7.E, NID~?,
more particular~.y described as follows:
Commencing at the southwesC corner of Lnt 2 as shown on t[~at certaa.n map entitled
"Hansen Subdivision," whieh map was filed for record ;in the of£ice of the
Recorder of the CounCy o€ Butte~ on FebYUary 5~.I915~ in Book 8 0~ Maps at Page
26; thence from said Point of Commencement, N 89°55`07."W, al.ong the south line
of said Section 29, a distance of 70.00 feet to the True Point o~ Beginning;
thence conCinuing along said section line N 89°55`Q1"W~ 519.18 feet; thence
northeasterly on tihe arc bf a non-tangent 1246.00 foot radius curve (radial
