ever increasing work load ot our two 5uperior Court judges, and
WHEREAS, this Board believes that a third Superior Court
bepartmen~ is necessary for the efficient administration of
j~sti~e in ~his Cou~ty, and
WHEREAS, SB 90 of 1972 has established tax limitation
rates for counties.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESO~VED as ~ollows:
I. That this Board respec~£u11y requests that the
Legislatu~e establish a third department for our Superior Court
in this Gounty.
2. That the cost incident there~o be reimbursed by the
State of California pursuant ~o §2I64.3 of the Revenue and Taxation
Code.
