RESOLL)TION AUTI~ORIZING THE DEPARTP7Er7T OF
GENERAL SERVICES pF TEIE STA'I'~ OF CALIFO~ZNZA
TO PURCHTISE CERTAIN ITEhIS .
BE IT RESOLVED tha~ the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte does hereby authorize the Office of
Procurement, Department of General Services of the State
of California to purcnase items per schedule attached
for and on behalf of the County of Butte pursuant to
Sectzon 14814, Government Code, and that Thomas B. Struthers,
Purchasing Agent, is hereby authorized and da.rected to
sign and deliver,a].1 nec.essary reguests and other documents
in connection therewa.th for and on behalf of the County of
Butte.
Passed and Adopted by the Board of Supervisors of
the County of Butte this 21st day of August , 1973,
by the following vote:
