FEDERAL-AiD SECONDARY AND STATE iiIGHWAY M~.TCHING FUNDS
WHEREAS, on July 27, 1973, the State Highway ~ngineer £orwarded
afficiai notice o£ amounts due Butte County under the Federal-aid Highway
Acts, in accordance with the provisions of Section 2208 and 2210.5 of the
IStreats and Highways Code, as foilows:
Federal Aid Secondary Funds $77,101
State Hwy. Fund money for Matching $38,551
WHEREAS, Section 2211 of the Streets and Aighways Code requires the
County wit[~in 60 days of receiving such notice to noti£y the Sfia~e Highway
Engineer as to mha~ amount of the apportionment the County wishes to claim
and to agree to provide any County matching funds as may be necessary after
~irst considering the sum made available under Streets & Highways Code Section ,

NOW~ THERE~ORE~ BE IT RESOLVED AND ORD~REA that the County o£ Butte
does hereby notify the State Aighway Engineer that the County of Butte claims
the said interim apportionment and the whole thereof~.and that t[~e County of
Butte does hereby agree eo provide any County matching funds required as may be
necessary after first considering the sum made available under Streets & Highways
Code SecCion 2210.5.
