RESQLUTION 0~ ABANDONMENT OF PUBLIC UTIZITY EASEMENT
WHER~AS, this Board has received a request from Mr. Walter Grimes
to a11ow the abandonment of a public utility easement as describec~
below,
WHEREAS, pursuan.~k to the authority vested in ~his Board under
Governmen.t Code §§50430, et seq, this Board wishes to abandon said
easement as described below.
NOW, TIiEREFORE, BE I~ RESOLVED by this Board:
1, T~i,at this Board finds that said easement.is u.nnecessary for
present ar prospectxve use.
2o That said public uti~.ity easement as hereinafter described
is hereinafter abandoned and vacated,
3o That.said public utility easement is situated in the County
ot Butte, State of California, and described as follows, to witz
BETNG A PORTION OF Zot 6 Southgate Industrial Park Unit No.
One, as said is shown on that certain map filed in the office
of ~the xecarder of the County of Butte, 5tate of California,
on August 18, 1972 in Map Book 43 at pages I and 29 mare
particularly described as followrs:
