Page 454;

the Public Administra~or in administering the estate of Selena
Jackson will be able to sel.l that real property speci£ically
described in ~the aforesaid "PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE";
WHEREAS the Public Adminisfrator is making this request
so tha~ a cloud on the title of the said property will be cl.eared;
WEIEREAS the executzon nf the "PARTTAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE"
would no;'trelease any valid or enforceable security interes~ in
