Code as enacted by Ordinance No. 136~, es~ablishes a procec~ure ~ar
the abatement and reuwval as public nuisances of abandoned, wrecked,
dismantled or inoperative vehicles; and
WHEREAS, ~ection 14.57 of said ArticT.e XTT of Chapter 14
of the But~e Couxity Code p~rovides that the Baarcl of ~upervisors shall
froru ~Citne to ~xme detex7mine and fix by resoiution an amount to be
assessed as tihe admznistrative costs of said abatement and removal
program; and
WH~REA~, this Board has determin€ed t~iat the administrative
costs n~ said abatement and removal program is $20000 per vehicle or
part thereo~.
NOW, ZHER~FORE, BE IT R~OLVED pursuant to ~ection 14.57
of the Butte County Code that the administrative costs, excluding the
actual cost of removal of any vehicle or part tkxereo~, is determined
and fixed as ~20.00 per vehicle or part ~hereof abated a~d removed
pursuant to Article RII of Chapter 14 of the Butte County Code,
