That sai.d Board does hereby fix ~he xates of County and Distsi.ct taxes on ~he secUred roll of said County for the fiscal year 1973-1974 by designating the number of cen~s Ievied for each fund on each One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) of taxable value in the Gounty of Butte for the fiscal year 1973-1974 as is hereinafter set forth. The designated rates as hereinafter _ set forth are such as wi11 produce aftex due al2owance for delinquency as • fixed by 1aw or as hereinafter fixed by this Board and in the same manner as tax rates are fixed, the amount found by deducting from the total appropria- tions and resez~ves: (a) The amount of established xevenue from nther sources (b) Available surplus ' . Excep-t as to any o~her allowance for delinquency as fixed b,y law or this Board, a sum equal to five per cent {5~) of the assessed va3uation of the local secured xoll and the local unsecured xoli is hereby determined as the allowance for delinqaency: 3.
