RESOLUTTON APPROVING AGREEMENT AND AUTHORIZING TI~E
CHATRMAN OF TH~ BOARD OE SUPERVISORS TO EXECUTE
ON BEHALF OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE
RESOLVED, that the Caunty of Butte approves the attached
Agreement between Ca~ifornia State Uniuersity, Chico, and the
County of Hutte and hereby authorizes the Chairman af this Board
to execute said contract on behalf of the County of Butte,
PASSED AND k,DO~T'~~ by the Butte Coun~y Board of Super-
visors this 11~1~ day of September , 1973, by the
following vote:

McKillop
