advi.sable to sell the following surplus praperty, to wit:
Ail that certain real propexty situate i.n the County of
Butte, State of California, described as follows:
A portion of Lot 13, as shown on that certain map entitled
"Glenn Aaven Estates Subdivision LTnit No, 1", which map
was recorded in the office of the Recorder of the County
of Butte, State of California, May 23, 1962, in Baok 27
o£ Maps at pages 35 and 3b, more particularly described
as follows:
Commencing at the northeast corner of Lot 13; thence
N 61~ Ol' 20" ~l along the northeast line of Lot 13, 83025
feet to a point on the northwest Iine of Glenwood Avenue
and the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNiNG; thence S 46° 19' OS" W
along said northwest line 84.41 feet to the west line o£
said Lot 13; thence N 00~ O1' 03" E along said west line,
92.09 feet to the northwest carner of safd Lot 13; thence
S 61° O1' 20" E along Che norCheast line of said Y.ot 13,
a distance of 69.75 feet to the TRUE POZNT OF B~GINNING.

cations, reservations and public utility and drafnage

NOW, TT3EREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED that it is the intention o£ thi.s
Board to sell the aforementioned property at a minxmum prfce of $100.00, in cash.
ZT IS FURTHER RESflLVED that on the 9th day of October , 1973,
at ,y~,Q~ a.m., a public meetzng o£ the Board ot Supervfsors of the County of
Butte will be held at the regular pl.ace af ineeting o€ said Board, at which
proposals to purchase will be received and cansidered.
