HomeMy WebLinkAbout73-175RESOLUTION ESTAB~ISHING THE COMPENSATION FOR MEMBERS OF THE JUVENILE .TUST~CE COMMISSION AND T'HE PLANNTNG COMI~iSSZON WHEREAS, pursuant ta California Welfare and Institutions Code, Section 531, the Board of Supervisors desires to compensate the members of the Juvenile Justice Commission for their services; and WHEREAS, pursuant to the Code of Butte County, California, Section 2-71 the Board of Supervisors desires to compensate the members of the Planning Commission; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVEA that the members o£ the .Iuvenile .Tustice Commission be'compensated a.n the amount of $20 (twenty dollars) for each meetin$ aktended, not to exceed two meetings per month; BE IT FURTHER RESO~,VED that the members of the P3.anning Comm~ssion be compensated in the amount of $20 (twenty doJ.J.ats) for each meeting or public hearing attended. Each member of the Planning Commission sha11 also be reimbursed for reasor~able travel expenses incurred in attending meetings or public hearings as established in a separate resolution governing travel reimbursement for caunty officers and employees. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Bu~te County Board of Supervisors this 16th day of OCtobeZ' , 1973, by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Cameron, Gilman, Ladd, Madigan, and Chairman McKillop NOES: None ABSENT: ~pne NOT VOTING: None ATTEST: CLARK A.
