proper~y ~'or a trarasfer station on Concow k?oad as ~ollows:
1. -escription of property: All that ce~taz.n real propexty
situate in the County of But-te, Sta~te o~ Cali~ornia described in
E`~hibi~ "k" attached hereto and incorpara~ed he~ezn by this reference.
2. 1'rice to be paid: ~S,OOQ. In addition, it is pro~osed -~hat
the ~oun~y would perform the ~ollowing work: a) Gradi,ng and ~ravel--
ing the surface o~' a 20 foot T~Tide roacl for a d~.stance of approximately
350 fee~ from the existing Oroville-Concow Road southwesterly alon~
the north side of ~he existing drainage draw located appxoxzmately
400 feet north of ~~.e south line af the parcel o~ property proposed
to be purc~ased to ~he existiug 60 foot wide road easemen.t. b) Plant-

proposed transfer sta~ion ~acilities.
