the Boaxd finds that porCions of Old Pentz Road should be summarily vacated,
NOW~ fiHERL~FORE~ SE I~ I2ESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors ot the
County of Butte, S~ate o£ California, as follows:
That the portions of 01d Pentz Road are hereby sumatarily vacated and
abandoned pursuant to Streets and Highurays Code Section 960.1--said portions
axe as described in atCached exhibit marked F.~chibit "B".
Reserving from the attached-described parcels a public utility easemextt
ovez, under across and through the property described therein.
