Each bzd proposal sha~.l be in accordance with specifications on file
in. the Purchasing Office of the ~ounty of Butte, where copies of said
specifications may be in.spec~ed or ob~ained. All bids must be on forms
provided.
Said bid proposals shall be de~.a.vered to the Fu.rchasing
Off~.ce~ at '~b.e Covxtty .Adrn~nzstxation. Bui~ding, 1859 Bird Street,
~roville, Cali~ornia at or be~ore 10:00 a.m., `:.F.riday, December.'~1~., 1973
a~ which time they will be publicly opened and read.
The ~ounty of Butte reserves the right to ~eject any or
all bids, to waive any informality ox irregularity xz~ azxy bid and to
accept the bid of the ~owest responsible bidder who has the ability
to satisfactorily perform.
Reference is hereby made to said specifications for
~urtka.e~ detaa.ls, which specifications and this notice shall be
consa.de~ed part of any contract made pursuant thereto.
