WfIEREAS, because af circumstan.ces with regards to
furiding of Community Action A~encies, the Butte County Economic
Ouportu~.ity Council, Inc., ha.s formally requested the Board of
Su~ervisors to dela~* their desi~nation as Communi~y Action Agency
until June ~0, 1974.
NQW, ~RE~ORE, BE TT RESOLVED that Resol.utions
73-21, 7~j-53 an.d ~3-88 are herebp amended to provide tha~ the
operative date of ~he County of Butte to opt out and designate a
successor Community Actzon Agenc;y for this Count~ shall be June 30,
1~74, rather than Aecembe~ 31, 1973.
