WHEREAS~ pursuant to Che Streets and Highways Code, Secta.on 96~.1,
the ~oard finds thati a porCion of Messilla Valiey Road shoul.d be summarily
~ vacated,
NOW~ THEREFORE~ BE IT R~SOLVED by the Board of Supexvisors of the
County of Bu~te, State of California~ as follows:
The fallawing-described portion o£ Messi~.7.a Valiey Road is hereby
suimnarily vacated and abandoned pursuant to Streets and Highways Code
Seceion 9b0.7.,
Being a portion of the southeast quarter of Sec~ion 24 and northeast
quarter of Section 25, T21N~ R3E, M.D.M.~ more parCicularly described as '
follows:
All that porfifon o~ the Messilla Va11ey Road (Old Pen~z Magalia
Highway) located withi.n the southwest quarter of the sou~heast quarter of
Section 24 an,d ire the northwest quarter of the northeasC quarfer o£ Settion 25,
T23.~N~ R3~~ M.A.M. being that portion of said old road from 40.00 feet 1eEt of
Engineer's Statioxz 7.44+00±; thence northeasterly across Dry Creek and eas~~rly
to 280 t~eet left of Engineer's Station 160~f-80±.
