WHEREAS, on Octiober 16, 1973, Butte County passed Resolution No. 73-176
authori.zi.ng execution of Agreement covering Fisking Access Development, Lake
Orovi.7.le; and
WHERL+.4S, Butte County must execute DWR Encroachment Permit ~k265 covering
encroachment onto Lake Oroville for the development of fishing access at
Vinton Gulch, Stringtown, Aark Canyon and Ne7.son Bar (now Lime Sadd~.e);
NOW, THEREE'ORE, BE TT RESOLVED that $utte County approves DWR Encroactunent
Permit ~~265 and hereby authorized the Chazrman o£ this Board to execute said
Encroachment Permit in behalt o£ sai.d County.
YASSED AND ADOPT~ by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of California, this _20th day o~ November , 1973, by
the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Cameron, Gilman, I,add, Madigan and Chairman McKillop .
