73--177A on. October 30, 1973,giving notice of intention to purcha5e
certain descx~.bed real proper~y for a speci~ied price ~or_ _a, c~^a~.s_f.ar_
stat~.on oi1 ConcoS~J Ro:~:.o., and. sr~eci.i~ing that the. Board t~rould meet on
November 27, 1973 at 1:30 p.m. to consummate said purchase, and
C~?.EAS, the said resolution ~~~as dul~ pub7.ished in accordance
with lav~7 g~ving notice of the in~ention to purchase said real propert~r
and to hold a meetin.g thereon, and

hearing regarding said purchase, and °-'
WI~EAS, this Board, on behal~' of the County of Butte, desires
to consummate said pu~chase.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Cou~.ty of Butte determines and agrees ~o
purchase ~aid rea~ propert~ #'rom the venc~ors, I,av~rrence W. Shuman and Rut1~
C. Shuman, upon the terms specified in ResoI.ution Number 73-1'77.A, whi.ch
terms are further specified in the attachEd Agreement for Sa.le of Real
Property.
BE IT FU~RTHER RESOI~VED that the Chairman is authorized to
execute said attached ~greement for Sale of Real 1'roperty.
