RESOLUTION bETERMING THE WHOLE OF BUTTE
COETNTY SERVICE AREA N0. 26 AS BEING BENE-
FITED BY THE ACCONlPLISHP~NT OF PROV'IDING
SEWAGE SERVICE
WHEREAS, heretofore, on November 27, 1973, the Board
of Supervisors of the County of Butte, Stats of. Ca~.~.~ornia, adopted
and passed a resolution ~0 3ncur bonded S.ndebtedness to provide

sewage service for Butte County 5ervice Area No. ~6; and .?

WHEREAS, said resolution fixed tihe 18th ~.ay•of":~
Dee~mbex~, 1973, in the Board of Supervisors' room vf the But~e
County Office Building, 1859 Bird Street, Oro~rilY~e`,~ State` of
Ca3ifvrnia, as the time and place for the ptzb~.ic hearing on
the following quest~.ons:
1. W31~ the whoZe or a portion of the Bu~Gte County
Service Area No. 26 be benefited by the accomplishm~n~ of ~the
purpose?
2. If only a portion o#' the area wi11 be b~nef3ted,
wha~ portion wil.~ be so benef~ted?

WHEREAS, said Board, at said time and place, praeeeded
to hear arguments from any gerson 3nteresbed, 3ncluding a11
persons ownin$ property in said Butte Coun~~ Serv3.ca Ar~a No.
26, upon the questions stated above; there be~.ng no protest
receiv~c3 from residen~s, property owners or registered voters
within ~he service area boundaries, or otherwise,
NOW, TH~R~FORE, BE IT RESQLVED by the Board p~'
Supervisors of the County of Bu~~e, State af Cal~~'nrnia, as follows:

1, That sa~.d Board of Supervisors hereby finds and.
de~termines ~hat the whole of the But~e County Service Area
No. 26 will be benefi~ed by the accomplishmen~ of providfng
w3thin the Service Area sewage service, requiririg the constructian
and ins~allation af fac5.lities for the collection, treatment
and disposal qf sewage, compr~sing main trunk lines, collector
sewers, pipes, pumps, mach~.nery, land, eas~ments, rights of way,
and other works, property or structures useful ar necessary for
the co~.].eation, treatment or disposal of sewage of said eounty
Servie~ Area No. 25 and its inhabitants.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of
the County of Butte, State of Cal~.fornia, this 18th day of
Aecember , 1973 by the fol~oraing vote:
