BUTTE COUNTY ORDINANCE NO. 732_
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 710 OF
THE COUNTY OF BUT'T'E, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY
ORDINANCE" FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1961-62
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, do ordain as follows:
1. That Ordinance No. 710 of the County of Butte is
hereby amended as follows:
That the sub-section entitled General Engineering under
Section 32 entitled Public Works T)epartment shall be amended
to read as follows:
GENERAL ENGINEERING
32 1 Assistant Engineer
29 1 Junior Civil Engineer
26 3 Building Inspector
17 1 Steno Clerk I

2. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days
after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published
with the names of the members voting for and against the same,
once, in a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State
of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, at the regular meeting
thereof on the 4th day of December, 1961, by the following
vote:
AYES: Supervisors Alldredge, Pittman, Pryde, Steinegger and,
Chairman Ciles
NOES : None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
