District's revenue ~imit, said election to be held on March.5, 1974;

WHEREAS the gover.rcing board of the Oroville Elementary School
District has passed a resolution calJ.~.ng an election for purposes
of electing a member to fill the seat heretofo~e ].eft vacant, said
election to be on MarcY~. 5, ~.974; and
WHEREAS each of the aforesaid governing boards has requested
the Board of Superviso~s of ~the County of Butte to order the consolidation
of each of the aforesaid elections, resgeetively, with the Burte
County Service Area No. 26 special bond election ~o be held on
Tuesday, March 5, 1974;
NOW, TH:~R~F'ORE, BE ~T RESOLVED by the Baard of Supervisors of
the Coun.ty of Butte Sta~e of California, as follows:
lo That the aforesaid eJ.eetions called by the aforesaid

cansolidated with the Butte County Service Area No. 26 special bond
e~.ection to i~e held March 5, 1974,
2, 'I'izat in the areas affected by ~his consolidatio.n order
the election sha~.l be held in all respects as though there were oxily
one election and tY~.e County Cleark of Butte County is hereby ordered
and directed to provide accordingly, witl~in the territory affec~ted
by said consolidation, the election precinets~ polling p~.aces and
voting booths tor each of said elections hereby consolidated and to

WITH ~ BUTTE COUNTY SERVICE AREA N0. 26 SPECTAL BOND
ELECTION Tp BE HELD MARCH 5, 1974
pr~vide ~or only one set~of election officers in each of the preci~cts
affected by this consolidation order.
3o That the Coun~y Clerk is further ordered and directed to
set fo~~h in each form of ballat and sample ballot, to be used in said
consolidated elections, insofar as applicabZe, the ballot measure for
said revenue limit election and governing board member election,
to mail to the qualified electors of the respective districts
appropriate sample ballots and polling place cards signed by said
County Clerk relating to said elections and to pravide absent voter
ballots for said electzons and said County Service Area Noo 26
spec~a~ bond election consolida~ed ~herewith for use by qualified
electors of the respec~ive districts who may be entitled thereto as
provided by lawo
4. That the County Clerk S~aii canvass or cause to be
canvassed the returns o~ said district elections and sha11 certify
such canvass of fihe votes cast to the respective governing boardso
5, That the County Clerk ~s £urther authorized to charge to
the respective districts the expenses of the election or elections
att'ributable to said districtso
