1 BUTTE COUNTY ORDINANCE NO. 736
2 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 710 OF
THE COUNTY OF BUTTEr KNOWN AS THE "SALARY
3 ORDINANCE" FOR TI3E FISCAL YEAR 1961-62.
4 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
5 of Galifornia, do ordain as follows:
6 1. That Ordinance No. 710 of the County of Butte is
'7 hereby amended as follows:
$ (a) That Section No. 3, Subsection (B), entitled
9 "For Classes with Flat Rate Assignments":
10 Title
1.1 Physician, Paradises Part Time $~00 Mo.
12 is hereby amended to read as follows:
13 Title
14 Physician, Paradise, Part Time $200 Mo.
15 (b) That Section No. 19 of Ordinance No. '710,
16 entitled "Health Department," is amended to delete therefrom

20 and to add to said Section 19 the following:

25 (c) That Section No. 32 of said Ordinance No. 710,
26 entitled "Public Works Department," and under subheading "Road
2q and Bridge Maintenance," is amended to read as follows:

(d) That Section 15 of said Ordinance No. 710, entitled ~~Counsel°
is amended to read as follows:

2, This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (3O) days after the
date of its adoption, and before the expiration of fifteen (15) days after
its passage, it shall be published With the names of the members voting for and
against the same, once, in a newspaper published i.n the County of Butte,
State of California.
