BIITTE COUNTY ORDINANCE 737
AN ORDINANCE AN~NDING ORDINANCE N0. 710 OF Tk]E COUNTY OF
BUTTE, F~TOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE" FOR TIDE FISCAL YEAR
1 61-62.
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California,
do ordain as follows:
1. That Ordinance No. 710 of the County of Butte is hereby amended
as follows:
(a) That Section 3 (A) of Ordinance No. 710 shall be amended to
delete the class title of Assistant Assessor, salary range 26 (L,.13-513)
and tcadd the class title of Assessment Supervisor,salaryraxJge 27 {4~3b-542)•
(b) That Section g of Ordinance 710 shall be amended as follows:
Salary ran~e_ No. of Aositions Classification title
Delete 26 l Assistant Assessor
Add 27 1 Assessment Supervisor
2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30} days after the
date of its adoption, and before the expiration of fifteen (15) days after
its passage, it shall be published with the names of the members voting
for and against the same, once, in a newspaper published in the County of
Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte, State of California, at the xegular meeting thereof on the 2bth
day of February, 162, by the following vote:
