BDTTE CODNTY ORDINANCE 710
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 710 OF TAE COIINTY OF BiITTE,
KNOWN AS TBE °'SALARY ORDINANCE" FOR THE FISCAL. YEAR. 1961-62.
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of Galifornia,
do ordain as follows:
1. That Ordinance No. 7i0 of the County of Butte is hereby amended
as follows:
{a) That Section No._~.0 of Ordinance No. 710 shall be amended to
delete the position of Principal Clerk, salary range 21 (915-391) and to
add one Acccunt Clerk II position, salary range 19 (283--351).
2. This ordinance sha1.1. take effect thirty (30} days after the date
of its adoption, and before the expiration of fifteen (15) days after its
passage, it shall be published with the names of the members voting for and
against the same, once, in a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State
of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTID by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of California, at the regular meeting thereof on the 26th day of March,
1962, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Giles, Pittman, Psyde,Steinegger and Chairman Alldre
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None -!
