BE IT RESOLVEb BY the Board of Superoisors o£ tihe County of Butte,
State of California, that the hereinafter-described County.road be declared
a through highway and the Director of Public Works is hereby instructed to have
legal STOP signs erected at the necessary entrances thereCO:
NTJNNELI,Y ROAB from the easterly right of waq line of Sawmill
Road to the easterly end of Nunnelly Road.
A11 ordinances or resolutions or parts of ordinances or resolutiions
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Super~risors of the County o€ Butte,
State of California, this 8th day of Ja~U&ry , 1974,
