RESOLUTIUI~ TO INCREASE THE LAW LI~RARY FIS~ING
FE~; IN PfUNICIPAL AND J~TSTICE GOU~.TS
WHEREAS, ~his Board has rec~ived a request from the Butte
Cotitnty Board of Law Library Trus ~ees to increase the ~,aw S~ibraxy fzlzng
fee in the ~lunicipal and Justice Courts; and
4VHEREAS, this Board may, under Business and Pxofessions Code
Sec~ion 6322.I, increase the fi).ix!~; fee when it determznes ~Ghat the
increase is necessary to defray Law Library expenses,
N~W, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that:
1.. An increase in the Law Library filing fee is necessary.
2. The Law Library ~iling fee in ~iunicipal and Justice
Courts wi11 be ~.ncreased to FIVE DOLLARS ($~.00) e~'~'ective February l,
1974~ •
