Nouser, et a1. to allow the abandonment of a p~.blic hi~hway (to wit,
an alley between Birch Street and Pearson Road, Paradise} as described
below,
WHEREAS, pursuant to the authority vested in this Board under
Governmer.t Cod.e sections 54~.30 et seq, this Board wishes to declare
its intention to abandon a public highway as describecl below.
NOV~7, THEREFORE, BE 3T RESOLVED by this Board:
l. That this Board hereby gives notice that at its regular
meeting on Februar,~r 26 , 197ts., at 2:00 E.m. , in the Board
Chambers, Courthouse, Oroville, a heaxa.ng shall be held on the abandon-
m~nt of tY!e following described public highway.
A1~. of that certain Nqrth South A].J.eyway in B].ack
4., as show~i on that certair~ Map entitled, l'Paradise,
Butte Cour~tiy, Californiat`, which Map was recorded
in the Office o~ the Recorder of the Go~znty of
Butte, State of Calif'ornia~ on April ~, 1901a. in
Book 4 of Maps at page 7. Said alleyway extends south
from the south line of Bisch Street to the nor~h
line of the Pearson Road.
Excepting therefrom ~ha~ portior. lying within the
lines of an east-west alleyway as shown on said
Map in said B1ock ~..
2. That this Resolution be posted and gublished pursuant to
the provisions of Government Code sections 5~1~1~0 ana 5a~.4a..
