AMEND~IT #1 __.
To Fire Protecti~on Agreement
In accordance with provisions of the Cooperative Agreement dated July l,
1973, for the ~.q73-74 Fiscal Year, b~tween the Department of Conservation~
Bivision of Forestry, State of California, hereinafter called State and the
Covnt o~ Butte hereina~-~ar called Cow7,$ , , said agreement is
hereb~ amended to provide c~ifferential pa~ for an additional State ~'orest
Ranger I and an addztional Fire Captain. The puxpose of this amendment is
to provide 21,. hou~~ sevett day a week Daspatch Serv~ice through the use of the
addi-~ional Oaptain and 2/~ hour, fo~zr day a week Dispatch Center supervision
through the use vf the additional Ranger I.
The additional money necessary to fund this amendment will be obtained
£rom the monies appropriated in the above described agxeement and there wi11
be no increase in the sum o~ the above described agreement.
All other conditions o~ the Agreemen~ to remain v.tichanged and in ftitll
force and e££ec~.
