(hereafter referxed to as the Safe 5treets Act) administered by the California Council on Criminal Justice (hereafter referred to as CCCJ). NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the District Attorney of the Gounty of Butte was authorized, on its behalf, to submit the attached Application for Grant fox Law En£orcement Purposes to CCCJ and is authorized to execute on behalf of the County of Butte the attached Grant Award Contract for law en£orcement purposes including any extensions or amendments thereof. BE IT ~URTH~R RHSOLVED that the applicant agrees to provide a1I match- ing funds required for said project (including any extension or amendment thereof) undex the 5afe Streets Act and the rules and regulations of CCCJ and the Law Enforcement Assistance Administration and that cash wz1l be ap- propriated as xequired thereby. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that grant funds received hexeunder shall not be used to sugplant on-going law enforcement expenditures.
