RESOLUTYON ACCEPTiNG IN FUL~, 1974-75 FTSCAI. YEAi3 A.PPORTTONMENT TO COUNTY OF
BT3TTE OF REDERAL-AZD SECONDARY AND STATE HIGHW.A.Y ML~TCHI~IG E`UNDS
WHEREf~S, on January 25, 1974, the State Highway Engineer €orwarded
officiaL noti.ce of amounts due Butte Countq under the FederaJ.-ai.d Highway
Acts, in accordance with the pxovisions of Section 2208 and 2210.5 of the
Streets and Highways Code, as follows:
Federal Aid Secondary Funds $ 234,476
SCaee Hwy. Fund money fo~ Matching 100,000
WHEREAS, Secta.on 22ll of the Streets and Highways Code requires the
CounCy within 60 days o£ receiving such notice to noCifq the State Highway
Engineer as to wYcat amount of the apportionment the County wishes to claim
and to agree to provide any County matching funds as may be necessary after fir t
considering Che sum made available under Streets & Highvrays Code Section 2210.5
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT R~SOLVED AND ORDERED that the Coun~y of Butte
does herebq notify the State Ha.ghway Engineer that the Countiy of Butte claims
the said apportionment and the whole thereof, and that the County of Butte does
hereby agree to provi.de any County matching funds required as may be necessary
after first considering the sum made available under Streets & Highways Cod.e
