1. That said Board hereby approrres that certain indenture made the
12th day of March , Z974, by and between SOUTHERN PAC~'zC
COM?PANY and COi.Ti~ITY OF BUTTE, covering the i.nstallation o£ automatic sa.gn.a1

protection at Southem Pacific Crossing C I56.5.
2. The Chairman of this Board fs her~ authorized to execute, on
behalf of the Countiy of Butee, said indenture, and his signature attested to
by the Clark of this Board, and aclaiowledged.
3. That a certified copy of this Resolution be attached by the.Clerk
of said Board ~o said indentu~e and the requ£red copies thereof.
