That the general prevailing rate of waqes far straight
time, overtime, Saturday, Sunday ar~d ht~liday work apglicable to '
the work to be done in Butte County under sa~d Skyway Assessmenf
District No. 1 plans and specifications shal~ be the same as those
filed in the offic~ of the nirector of Pub3.ic works, 7 County Center
Drive, Oroville, California, and are as listed in the Sta~e of
Calitornia Business and Transportation Aqency, Department af
Transportation publication ~ntitled "Equipment Rental Rates and '
General Prevailing Wage Rates", dated March 1974.
