AI.RECTING CLERK TD ADVERTISE FOR BIDS
This Board, having Chi:s day a.dopted Resolution
No. 74-39, the Resolution of Intention, ~or Skyway Assessment
District No. l, the Clerk is hereby directed:
(T} To post a"Notice to Bidders" ~or
five (S) days on or near tYr.e Chambers of
this Board in the Butte Gounty Court~,.ouse,
Oroville, California, and tp cause said
notice to ~refer to the specifi~atz:ons for
said work and to invite bidders to file
sealed proposals or bids for doing said woa:k
and shall cause said Notice to be first
posted for the period of ~ime pr~.or to the
bid opening Cha~C is se~ by law.
(2) To publish a Notice to Bidders in two
separate issues of "Paradise Post" for the
time prior to the bid opening date that is
prescribed by Iaw and to cause said no~ice
likewise to refer to the specifications and
~o invite sealed proposals or bids for doing
said publzc improvement work.
T~is Board hereliy further directs the Clerk to
state in said Notice to Bidders that he will receive all such
proposals at his office in the Butte County Courthouse, Orov~lle,
Ca3.ifornia, ori ",~Pril 16 _ _ , 1974, up to the hour of
z~ o'clock ~.~I. and that this Board has designated. saa.d

proposal with a check certified by a responsible bank and

conforming to law signed by the bidder and two sureties an.d made
payable'to the "County of Butte" for a like amount..
