to the Environmental Review ~ommittee th.e ~,ir Po1l.ution Control
Officer or his depv.ty. Therefore, hereafter the Environmental
Review Conmittee will consist of a member of the Plant~.ing Department,
Health Department, Public 'i~lorks Department, and the Air Pollution
~ontr~l Officer or his representative.

FOR IMPLEI`~'NTATION Ok" ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT)

with their relative difficulty and responsibilitqa
