Mc~'arland, et al to allow the abandonment of a public highway (to
wit, an alley between Guill and Bruce Streets, north of Virginia
5treet and south of Colorado Street, Chico) as described below,
WHEREAS, pursuant to the authority vested in this Board
under Covernment Code Sections 50430 et s~., this Board wishes to
declare its intention to abandon a public highway as described below:
NQW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOZVED by this Board:

2. That this Resolution be posted and published pursuant to
the provisions of Government Code Sections 50440 and 50441.
